خبر “المواطن” أشغل منظمات أمريكية بقضية الدوسري

لاقى خبر “خالد الدوسري.. سعودي حوكم بالمؤبد بأدلة مغيبة!”، المنشور بصحيفة “المواطن” منذ أيام، تفاعلاً من  مبتعثين سعوديين، ومنظمات أمريكية، وصحف أيضاً طالبت بتقديمه باللغة الإنجليزية، الأمر الذي اعتبره قانونيون بأنه سيكون مؤثراً في جلسة استئناف الحكم القضائي غداً-الخميس-.

وسارع المبتعث السعودي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، الشاب ثواب السبيعي، إلى ترجمة الخبر بالإنجليزية، نظراً للاهتمام الذي لامسه، ولتقريب وجهات النظر بين الشعبين السعودي والأمريكي، خاصة أن القضية- كما كتب- أحدثت ردة فعل كبيرة في المجتمع السعودي.

Khalid Al Dosari .. a Saudi sentenced to life imprisonment with absent evidences!

This subject headed Saudi and gulf Street concerns and local newspaper and it was published in Al-Mowaten journal

Khaled Al-Dosari is a Saudi youth who is still at a young age, after he has achieved a GPA of “99.32 %” in high school – as the highest GPA in Al-Kharj Governement- , he decided to complete his education at “chemistry” major – which he was mad about – actually SABIC Company sent him in a scholarship to the United States, to get bachelor degree in chemical engineering.

But in February 2011 , he was arrested by U.S. authorities on charges of “attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction”, that was after his request chemicals, to do experiments concerned to the study – as mentioned previously – he is brilliant, and he requested it in a systematic way, not going to defraud or use informal ways to request it like who want to plan for a crime – he also was accused that he targeted to kill former U.S. president “Bush”, blow up nuclear power plants or hydroelectric dams – and in witness of materials vendor, it is regular materials, the student has the right to get it, so what if it was within his study.

The court banned by a decision of the U.S. Attorney General – Eric Holder – the disclosure of evidences that Al Dosari judged with, this matter made the American lawyer – Word Hobson – deriding the decision saying “We’re not in Wonderland, where the Queen says the punishment firstly then the trial” and according to the absent evidences – even for the defense team for Khalid – the Saudi youth was sentenced to life imprisonment.

What was strange that “SABIC” company desolated its scholar “Khalid Al Dosari” where it did not delegate a lawyer for him, despite the American assertion attributed the student to it, many people classed this accusation against Khalid, because he is a scholar of the Saudi giant company.

Khalid now has an appeal hearing in on the 5th “December”, Khalid family and friends are expecting to bear good news to his father, who is patient, and his mother who is suffering psychologically for the absence of her son.

Note that there are Saudis and Arabs created a tag for Khalid naming it “#Indiana_Free_Khaled_AlDosari”, they were surprised that the Saudi students in the United States only – not in other countries – face harsh judgments as Humaydan Al-Turki and Khalid Al Dosari, despite the presence of Saudi students in many countries.

The tag creators are working to make it reach to arrange on the day of trial, to deliver it to the American public opinion, which faces media disinformation by a press which hates “Saudi Arabia” and its scholars“.
